Concrete Cutting Concrete Cutting also known as Road Sawing Hand Held Sawing Core Drilling and Ring Sawing involves the operation of powerful purpose built machinery using consumable diamond tipped blades and core bits with water to cool and suppress dust to efficiently cut and drill re-inforced concrete blocks bricks and other masonary products. As re-inforced concrete weighs approx 2500kg per 1m3. Therefore a 1000mm x 1000mm x 100mm Slab weighs approx 250kg. Concrete Cutting allows for the safe removal of heavy or awkward concrete cut or drilled into manageable and removable pieces. Focus Concrete Cutting can cut & drill concrete with much less dust as we wet cut with our diamond tipped cutting tools. Diamond blades and core bits are able to cut the reo in concrete which gives neat joins and clear holes. Focus Concrete Cutting creates less vibration and less cracks to surrounding concrete for a controlled and neat removal of concrete.
